"I have had two readings by Kristine and it was such a great experience. My fiance recently passed away and I've been having difficulty finding the closure that I need. The information she gave me was extremely accurate and very helpful. She is very talented, connected, and knowledgeable. Her readings have helped me start to accept my loss. Kristine definitely has the gift!"

Picture #12 of the outside of Kurt Cobain's house in Seattle. In the background is greenhouse where Kurt died. What's with the dumpster? Still getting rid of evidence? I thought that happened immediately after his death. But then again, ghosts are difficult to get rid of.
Picture #13 of the outside of Kurt Cobain's house in Seattle. This is the famous bench to the left of his driveway. Behind this bench is the tree where Courtney is supposed to have spread some of his ashes. A very mystical-feeling spot. Shortly after Kurt Cobain's death I visited this spot until someone in the house threated to call the police. In those days the bench looked better.

"Courtney still won't let me leave!"
I hear that some of the ashes were scattered under the tree by the bench, some were scattered in the lake.
And what's this about Courtney losing some or they were stolen and someone is threatening to smoke them?

Courtney Love sold the Seattle house in 1997 for $2,895,000. The listing agent had a brokers Open House, and the curious were able to wander about for clues to the previous owners existence. The garage had been torn down by then, a fence put up around the property and a bench erected in Viretta Park, that has had to substitute for a shrine.
Things have quieted down there quite a bit now. There is nothing remarkable about the house or the neighborhood. The new owners have fenced and landscaped the property, perhaps to horde what little privacy they have in the house of someone so famous. There is a security gate with an electronic call box, much more common in the Hollywood Hills than in Seattle's Denny-Blaine neighborhood, but totally understandable under the circumstances.
Security cameras are mounted at various points on the exterior of the house. Who knows how many fans have attempted or still try to trespass on the grounds to get close to someone who has been gone more than a dozen years now.
Though he is long gone, Kurt Cobain is in some ways very much still there, both figuratively and literally. There is a small Seattle city park that borders the former Cobain property. This park is the site where Nirvana fans gathered in droves after Kurt's death. There are no official memorials, markers or signs in the quiet little park. But two benches are covered with the graffiti of fans that have visited the site in the years since his death.
